With our products in your home audio system, we believe that you will be pleasantly surprised by a new level of sonic excellence and a heightened sense of enjoyment.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, simply return the products within 30 days. We will refund the full purchase price, minus shipping costs.
Basic return policy
You may return items sold by Anedio LLC within 30 days of delivery for 100% of item’s purchase price, minus shipping costs. These items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. We cannot accept returns of items after 30 days of delivery, or in damaged condition, or missing the serial number; we will not issue refunds for such items.
How do I return items?
Please contact us for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) through the Contact page on our web site. Include your name, contact information, and the reason for return.
All returns must include the following:
- Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Original packaging (manufacturer’s box, styrofoam padding, etc.).
- All accessories and documentation.
- Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box.
Except for verified defective products, you will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns. Anedio is not responsible for damages incurred during transit if the original factory packaging is not used. The packaging material may be purchased from Anedio if necessary.
Special return policy for defective products
Defective products can be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or the full purchase price can be refunded to the original method of payment used on the order.
Anedio LLC in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective. For products that we verify to be defective, we will pay the return shipping cost via ground shipment.
How long will it take to process the return?
Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item. Please allow up to 14 days for your return shipment to arrive at Anedio. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
